DescriptionA bronze attachment, one of several that would be strung together through the closed loop at the top, then hung on a horse etc. and jingle or clang against eachother. This hollow attachment is in the shape of a cicada, a winged insect, and has shallow carvings of animals (a feline and an ungulate in combat?) on its surface. There is what looks like a trace of gilt on one of the wing tips.
