Descriptionrare blue & white brushwasher of compressed globular form with incurved rim; finely painted on the rounded sides to show a figure kneeling in prayer beside an altar with ritual vessels and an inscribled tablet, while a demon & two deities observe the scene from swirling clouds nearly. The reverse has a banana palm & another tree growing from stylized rockwork.
