DescriptionA gold belt plaque or horse trapping with scalloped edges that would adorn a bridle or saddle. It has three appendages that are joined by a raised dome in the centre and extend outwards. Each appendage depicts a stamped circle in the middle with a raised edge and two stem-like projections (one on each side, in reverse top to bottom) with incised feather-like ends. The dome depicts a similar design, but with four projections (one from each side and each end). An area of green corrosion on the right.Status
