DescriptionThis is a wonderful watercolor painting by the artist and may be one of the finest he made. Herein we see a lake with landforms in the middle distance & foreground.

The painting is exceptional for the artist's ability to convey the drama the passing storm with varying areas of dramatic light and dark. As well, the great sense of distance is convincingly portrayed through the very close-up depiction of the rocks in the foremost picture plane.
